We created a perfect class - filled with mindfulness practices to get rid of winter blues and bring all the positivity out. We will mainly concentrate on ABS, Glutes and Arms. All to get that perfect strong hourglass figure. Prepare to sweat!

You will leave the room energized filled with positive vibes and tuned to attract all the best in life! Taught by inspirational Callum Sterling.
